SALARY RANGE: S$2500 - S$6000
Retail Sales Representative Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and engage customers, offering personalized product recommendations.
· Explain product features, benefits, and promotions to drive sales.
· Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store and event display.
· Restock merchandise and ensure proper product placement.
· Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism.
· Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and store policies.
· Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and cycle counts.
· Actively participate in atrium sales events, engaging with potential customers and promoting products.
· Set up and manage event booths, ensuring an attractive and interactive presentation.
· Demonstrate and showcase products to increase interest and sales.
· Collect customer contact information for follow-ups and future promotions.
Sales Executive Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including retail partners, healthcare professionals, and individual clients.
· Organize and conduct product demonstrations/presentations to distributor/ partner
· Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and strategies.
· Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand.
· Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to refine strategies and achieve goals.
· Provide regular feedback to management regarding customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
· Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
Job Types: Full-time, Freelance
Pay: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
