Join PlayFACTO School as a Customer Service Officer, where you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication and support for our customers. Job Description:
- Attend to all customer enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Promptly disseminate accurate information regarding our programmes and services
- Disseminate information promptly to internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Develop a strong understanding of our offerings to provide clear and helpful guidance
- Answer phone calls with pleasantness and professionalism, maintaining a positive customer experience
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Support administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations within the department
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs effectively
- Uphold a high standard of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service or administration
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- A clear and professional communicator with a strong command of English and a second language to assist diverse customers.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate customer management systems and office software
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive problem solver with excellent interpersonal skills
