Join PlayFACTO School as a Customer Service Officer, where you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication and support for our customers. If you have a passion for delivering excellent service and possess strong organisational skills, we’d love to hear from you! You will be based in HQ office for this role.

Job Description:

  • Attend to all customer enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Promptly disseminate accurate information regarding our programmes and services
  • Disseminate information promptly to internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  • Develop a strong understanding of our offerings to provide clear and helpful guidance
  • Answer phone calls with pleasantness and professionalism, maintaining a positive customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Support administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations within the department
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs effectively
  • Uphold a high standard of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service or administration
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • A clear and professional communicator with a strong command of English and a second language to assist diverse customers.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate customer management systems and office software
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive problem solver with excellent interpersonal skills
