Job Scope

Perform financial counseling, schedule appointments, and make surgery call reminders to ensure seamless clinic operations.
Assist in generating OT utilization reports, capturing no-shows, and actively managing the OT roster.
Assist in the frontloading of MCAF and CCF in accordance with standard work processes.
Provide patients with information in a timely and accurate manner.
Assist with data analysis and mini projects.
Perform any other duties as assigned, including preparing presentation materials.
