  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our clinic is seeking a part time Customer Service Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for aesthetics and be committed to providing quality service to our patients.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must.

  • PC literate and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.

  • Having a customer-oriented attitude is a must.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to build rapport and strike up friendly and professional conversions with customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Front-desk and reception duties (appointment-booking and cashiering).

  • Registration of patients

  • Attend to customers' enquiries across all our platforms (digital platforms, calls, and walk-ins) in a timely manner.

  • Assist doctors with ad-hoc administrative duties.
