Entertainment Manager - Music Bar |*Exciting Opportunities & Attractive Package|

Overview: We are seeking a passionate and organized Entertainment Manager to oversee entertainment at our establishments. In this role, you will serve as the main liaison for all event entertainment, coordinating acts and ensuring successful performances that engage our audiences. You will work closely with the Managing Director, and this position requires travel primarily within Asia, with a focus on collaborating with talented artists, particularly from the Philippines. Proficiency in Tagalog is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the selection and recruitment of talented performing artists through auditions and various sourcing methods.
Negotiate and secure favorable terms for local and international performing artists.
Schedule performance events, promotional appearances, and programs.
Coordinate practices and rehearsals for all performing artists.
Address and resolve interpersonal conflicts among artists and band members.
Oversee backstage and onstage areas during performances.
Conduct market research to identify the latest trends and enhance business opportunities.
Foster high levels of customer satisfaction by engaging with clients to understand their needs.

Requirements:

In-depth knowledge of the music and stage industry.
Proficient in communication, public relations, marketing strategies, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a strong capacity for teamwork.
Independent and proactive in all tasks.
Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
