Address and resolve interpersonal conflicts among artists and band members.
Oversee backstage and onstage areas during performances.
Conduct market research to identify the latest trends and enhance business opportunities.
Foster high levels of customer satisfaction by engaging with clients to understand their needs.
Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of the music and stage industry.
Proficient in communication, public relations, marketing strategies, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a strong capacity for teamwork.
Independent and proactive in all tasks.
Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
