  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Scope:

Contact patients via phone to inform them about their outstanding bills.
Encourage patients to make payments or provide an estimated payment date.
Identify patients' preferred payment method and guide them through the payment process.
Investigate reasons for non-payment and address any concerns.
Respond to patient inquiries and resolve billing disputes.
