Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain plastic molding machines to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
Perform routine checks and adjustments to molding parameters to meet production specifications.
Utilize Nikon measurement scopes, online vision systems, and other precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to inspect and verify product dimensions and tolerances.
Monitor and analyze outputs from online vision systems to detect defects, deviations, or inconsistencies during production in real-time.
Conduct quality checks during and after production runs, documenting results and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Identify and troubleshoot defects or issues in product, providing feedback for process improvement.
Perform machine setup , mold setup and conversion as required.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of molds and tools.
Collaborate with Tool & Die, engineering, quality control, and production teams to achieve production goals.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to workplace safety protocols.
Requirements:
Knowledge and experience in mechanical engineering , plastic molding operations, with a strong understanding of molding processes and machine setup.
Basic understanding of process parameter and characteristic of vacuum , pressure, temperature and etc.
Technical oriented person, familiar with common hand tool and good hands ON
Transport provided From JB to Company

Basic salary $1085
Day shift allowance $9.00 per day
Night shift allowance $21.00 per night
Gross salary Day $1350+ / Night 1550+
