Job Description:

· Responsible for full spectrum of payroll processing, including but not limited to income tax filing and IR21 clearance, CPF submission, statutory claims such as NS-MUP, government paid leaves and payroll audits.

· Checking of time attendance and roster to ensure payment of hours, including overtime are correct.

· Processing of full-time, part-time and casual labour payroll matters, payroll reconciliation, and tax documents.

· Ensure timely and accurate monthly payroll processing. Ensure timely and accurate payout and compliance with the statutory requirements and regulations.

· Processing of all leave and claims, such as Maternity Leave, Childcare leave, Medical Leave, Annual Leave, ICT leave etc.

· Prepare monthly payroll related reports and reconciliation and resolve any payroll discrepancies.

· Assist HR Manager in payroll projection during budget exercise, salary review exercise, process streamlining, payroll system change/upgrading (if any) etc.

· Work closely with Finance to reconcile monthly payroll report and budget variance report.

· Assist in payroll audit from external auditors.

· Support the current processes of compensation and benefits, government grants and the necessary statutory submissions such as MOM survey.

· Handle employees’ payroll-related enquiries.

· Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.



Job Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma holder with at least 1-year related HR experience.

· Working knowledge with Ricpay system is an advantage.

· Familiar with Employment Act is an advantage.

· Proficient in MS Office Applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Familiar with the security industry will be an advantage.

· Meticulous with an eye for details.

· Able to cope in a fast-moving environment and work independently.

· Able to start immediately.
