Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Executive to support HR records and data management functions. This role involves ensuring accurate documentation, maintaining HR data, and supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all related HR documents are properly filed in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Update, maintain, and approve HR data for existing employees in the HR system (myHR).
Verify and update onboarding data for new hires and offboarding data for resignees via myHR.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Diploma in Human Resource Management or a Business-related discipline.
1-2 years of relevant experience in HR records processing or data management is an advantage.
Ability to manage high-volume activities while maintaining data confidentiality.
Comfortable working under tight deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and handling large datasets.
Organized, meticulous, and proactive.
