  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Industry: Import & Export Trading
Remuneration: Up to $2800 (Depending on experience)
Working Hours: 5 days, Monday – Friday / 9am – 6pm
Location: Tanjong Pagar (5 mins from MRT)






Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate with traders on contract and commodity trading matters.
Prepare and manage sales & purchase contracts using the SAP system.
Communicate with suppliers and buyers regarding contract details.
Verify, file, and maintain contract records.
Issue invoices, debit, and credit notes.
Enter and update commodity transactions in the SAP system.
Work with the logistics team to ensure contract details are updated before shipment.
Coordinate with the China office to verify warehouse charges.
Handle other administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Min GCE “N” Levels
Candidates with prior experience in relevant industry will be an added advantage
Knowledge in SAP system
