Responsibilities:
Onboarding and Agency Movement
- Ensuring smooth onboarding process of new agents from Due diligence, reference checks to eventual onboarding of new agents.
- Timely managing and filing of agents’ contracting documents.
- Assist in Agency and Agent code creation.
- Be up-to-date and well versed with the regulations pertaining to onboarding process and fit and proper requirements.
- Timely follow-up with pipeline applications.
- Consolidate onboarding agents’ stats where needed (Adverse records).
- Prompt support for the processing of agents’ movement.
- Monitor and tracking of agents with adverse records.
- Preparation of monthly RNF Fee deduction
Others
- Timely update of agents’ particulars and details
- Assist in license registration of agents in MAS and GIA
- Support in Annual Fit and Proper exercise
- Support in agent code creation/maintenance for other Business Divisions
- Support in reports generation and data analysis.
- Support in FC migrations across different entities where required.
- Perform gap analysis and ensure SOP are updated in timely manner.
- Weekend month-end support required if last day of month falls on weekend.
- Perform UAT and post implementation checks on platforms related to recruitment.
- Ad hoc projects/assignments by the Manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree
- At least 2-5 Years of operations related experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player
