We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Admin Officer to join our team. Experience with Business Central navigation will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update inventory, supply chain, and operational data into internal systems.
- Ensure that all records are maintained with a high degree of accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Help with inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
- Generate inventory reports and assist in analyzing inventory data for operational efficiency.
- Monitor and update data related to supply chain activities, ensuring smooth and timely operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any supply chain data discrepancies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in business administration, administrative support, and inventory management roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Business Central Navigation or similar ERP systems is a plus.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
