Core responsibilities:

Process bi-monthly payroll
Prepare monthly payroll reports for Finance Department
Liaise with Operations on recruitment and deployment matters
Perform checking of staff attendance records
Track work pass and contract expiry dates
Perform work pass transactions online
Coordinate and arrange for work-pass medical examination and processing / collection of work pass
Perform online submission of statutory claims (eg. government-paid maternity leave / childcare leave claims and NS claims)
Track and generate performance appraisal forms (for annual / confirmation / promotion appraisals)
Handle air ticket arrangements
Handle enquiries from staffs
Generate Internal Purchase Requisition (IPR) / Capital Expenditure Forms
Other duties and tasks when required

Job specifications:

Min. diploma in Business Management / HRM
Min. 3 years of relevant working experience
Strong knowledge of local employment laws
Proficient in MS Office and payroll software (info-Tech will be an added advantage)
Able to communicate with all levels of staffs and also liaise with external parties

Key deliverables:

Ensure employee particulars, leave and medical claims records are updated accurately
Ensure payroll is processed on-time
Maintain a proper filing system
