We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to drive sales, develop marketing strategies, and expand our customer base. Primarily focus visiting potential clients and closing deals for premium Christmas decoration services. Engage high-value clients, manage relationships, and ensure a seamless sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit potential customers, including homeowners, corporate offices, malls, and commercial spaces
Secure sales appointments via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
Close deals by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions
Present compelling sales proposals, quotes, and contracts
Work with operations to ensure smooth project execution post-sale
Brand Awareness, Market Research & Strategy:
Develop and implement campaigns to attract high-end clients
Manage digital marketing campaigns
Plan showroom marketing efforts to drive appointments
Create promotional content, including visuals, banners, and website updates
Identify new business opportunities via networking and referrals
Monitor competitors and adjust marketing strategies accordingly
Develop seasonal sales plans to maximize peak-period revenue
Event & Partnership Management:
Collaborate with event organizers, real estate agents, and corporate partners
Attend networking events and industry expos to build relationships
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Track sales performance, and deal closure rates
Report customer trends and campaign effectiveness
Manage marketing and sales budgets efficiently
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven ability to close deals in B2C/B2B sales (event planning, luxury retail, or interior decor preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of digital marketing campaigns is a plus
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
Passion for Christmas decorations is a bonus!
Job Type & Compensation:
Full-time/Part-time/Freelance
Base salary + commission (performance-based incentives).
