Key Responsibilities:
Conduct business development calls to introduce our recruitment services to potential clients.
Identify and engage target clients within key industries.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
Deliver sales presentations and negotiate contracts to close deals.Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Ensure high client satisfaction and retention.Requirements:
Diploma (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
Experience in business development, sales, or recruitment (preferred but not essential).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, confident over the phone, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
