  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Assists the Senior Engineer / ACE in the day-to-day operations
Schedules preventive and corrective maintenance and keeps records to maintain proper control and to ensure efficient and trouble free functioning of all mechanical and electrical equipment.
Schedules preventive and corrective maintenance and keeps records to maintain proper control to ensure efficient and trouble free functioning of all public area defects.
Assists Security department during fire drill exercise and for any fire matters.
Maintains emergency generator and conducts test run once every fifteen (15) days.
Maintains all plant equipment and facilities to ensure efficient operation.
Maintains swimming pool and equipment in good working condition. Tests pool water twice a daily and keep proper log record.
Assign work to Engineering Department personnel daily and keeps proper log of daily activities.
Invites quotation for minor projects, and jobs beyond the department’s capacity and supervises them with proper execution.
Manages contractors and ensure quality of work meets requirements.

Education & Work Experience

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics/Facilities Engineering
Good leadership, management, supervisory and communication skills
Preferably possesses a Fire Safety Manager, Singapore Certified Energy Manager / Green Mark Facilities Manager or Green Mark Manager Certification
