  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team for upcoming corporate events in April 2025 & June 2025 at Keppel Bay & Marina Bay Convention Centre.

Job Details:

Dress Code: Business Attire
Working Hours: Minimum 4 hours per day, starting as early as 7:00 AM and ending as late as 5:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

Registering shareholders using polling systems and devices
Ushering boardroom members to designated areas and preparing meeting rooms
Transferring equipment & documents to the venue
Collecting voting slips/polling devices
Taking notes during the event
Using the client’s internal system to allocate burner cards to stakeholders

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions carefully
Comfortable using electronic devices and systems
Punctual, professional, and presentable
Prior event experience is a plus but not required
