Job Description & Requirements
We are looking for an IT Coordinator to take responsibility for ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling IT-related complaints and should be able to manage a variety of tasks. The individual will need to assist heavily in the setting up of the new ERP system.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the implementation of new ERP system.
Manage user access and security permissions for the ERP system.
Monitor system performance and provide suggestions for improvement.
Ensure smooth operation of current Accounting System (MYOB), IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and end-user devices.
Respond to complaints related to internet connectivity, network issues, hardware problems, and software applications.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
Maintenance and repair of IT equipment and software.
Assist with other IT-related tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Checking and updating of customers’ maintenance schedule.
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri), 9am to 1pm (Sat – 2 Sat off per month upon confirmation)
