We are looking for dynamic and passionate individuals to join our team as Senior Service Team Leaders in Lobby Management. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team where your contributions make a real difference in delivering excellent customer service.
Positions Available:
1 Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and ensure smooth operations at gantries and self-registration kiosks.
Address challenging visitor situations and execute effective service recovery.
Respond swiftly and efficiently to emergency situations in the main lobby.
Conduct audits on service quality, productivity, accuracy, and safety, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Lead competency and confirmation assessments for team members.
Drive the achievement of both individual and team KPIs.
Manage team rostering and daily deployment.
Spearhead initiatives for continuous service improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
Diploma holder or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong background in customer service, with experience in hospitality or front-line roles considered an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
Ability to work weekends and public holidays as required.
Comfortable with rotating shifts (morning and afternoon).
