Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in the fragrance industry? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production and Warehousing Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this essential role, you will support the production team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the manufacturing process.
Location : Woodlands
Working hours : Monday - Friday, 9am -6pm
Salary : 2.5k - 2.7k + AWS with Permanent Benefits
Responsibilities:
Lead a team and oversee fragrance assembly and packing, following established procedures.
Perform quality control checks on products and packaging to ensure they meet high standards.
Troubleshoot minor production equipment issues and assist in routine maintenance.
Maintain detailed production records and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Coordinate with other departments (purchasing, quality control) to ensure smooth production operations and material availability.
Handle incoming stock and perform quality checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
Keep the warehouse clean and organized, maintaining a productive work environment.
Qualifications:
Education: Certificate in a relevant field.
Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
Skills:
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently with accuracy.
Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
