Job Description
- Manage and maintain updated documentation throughout the work processes and projects life cycle based on the company’s policies and procedures.
- Liaise with Consultants, Managers, Engineering, Design and ProjectTeam members to check their documentation requirements andprepare technical submissions.
- Submit documents and drawings to Consultants, update registers,follow up replies and distribute/ circulate technical documents tointernal users.
- Compile, organize and update all documentation to the latest versionfor safekeeping, storage and archiving into main server database on aroutine basis to ensure accurate data is available in shared folder.
- Responsible in disposal and retention of documents based on specificrequirements.
- Secure the management and confidentiality of documentations and assist in file migration and audits if required.
- Provide administrative support to Managers and team members.
- Handle adhoc organizational and general administrative duties.
Requirement
- Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of document management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document control software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with industry-specific documentation standards (ISO, regulatory compliance, etc.) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in records management, administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Expected start date for role: Early March 2025
