
Manager – HR & Administration
Main duties and responsibilities:
Support school leaders in areas such as preparation of statistical reports, papers, and presentation materials.
Review, update, and present HR policies updates.
Check monthly payroll and additional payments such as bonuses, wage adjustments, incentives, and allowances.
Manage and execute end-to-end process for recruitment and selection.
Prepare and handle submission of information to authorities such as MOM and IMDA.
Handle procurement, annual budgeting and forecasting for HR & Administration Unit.
Organize and facilitate annual Audit and Risk Committee meeting.
Handle work injury reporting and compensation claim.
Perform administrative work.
Requirements:
Basic
Managerial and hands-on experience in HR & Administration.
Diploma or higher academic qualification.
Well versed in local labour-related laws such as Employment Act and CPF Act and tripartite guidelines.
Familiar with using MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Comfortable with giving presentation.
Advantageous
Relevant experience in school environment.
Knowledgeable about civil service HR policies.
