  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About The Client:

Our client is currently seeking a dedicated Conveyancing Lawyer to join their reputable law firm based in Singapore. As a Conveyancing Lawyer, you will play a key role in handling property transactions and providing expert legal advice to clients. Your responsibilities will include managing the conveyancing process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and addressing client inquiries throughout the transaction. Working closely with clients and the legal team, you will contribute to the firm’s continued success and help achieve their business objectives in the real estate sector.

Job Description:

  • Provide legal advice on a wide range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development projects.
  • Draft and negotiate various legal documents, including purchase agreements, lease agreements, and joint venture agreements.
  • Conduct due diligence and prepare legal opinions on real estate transactions.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective project execution and compliance with regulations.
  • Mentor and guide junior associates and support their professional development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments affecting the real estate sector.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of PQE in real estate law if associate, 5 years PQE if senior associate.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex transactions and delivering results.
