Job Summary:
Formulate and execute sales plan in line with company long term and mid-term goals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. A people person and team player that works well with leaders of other functions to achieve the common goals of Ademco.
Job Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet the company's revenue goals and expand market share effectively.
- Proactively Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and new client accounts, including untapped markets and emerging sectors.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations to drive productivity and enhance team effectiveness.
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Preparation of quotations, proposals, tender submissions, and negotiating contracts to optimize profitability while addressing customer requirements.
- Analyze market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments to provide actionable insights to the management team regarding growth opportunities and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and initiatives.
- Generate and deliver detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.
- Strive to exceed revenue targets while maintaining robust profit margins and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Analytical and strategic thinking.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the same industry with a proven track record in sales and business development.
