Family & Youth Specialist
1. To be positive role models to all residents
2. To provide care and supervision to the resident
3. To be a good listener to the residents and if needed, offer positive advice
4. To aid in basic development and change process of the residents
5. To ensure the safety of the residents at all times
6. To ensure that the residents are punctual and on time for activities and programmes
7. To treat every resident with dignity, respect and equality
8. As a team member, you are to be available at all times (whether on or off duty) to assist colleagues in need
9. To report to the designated Supervisor or Head of Operations
10. To abide by the Code of Conduct
11. To accompany the residents for activities when required
12. Be vigilant to the mood of resident(s) and behavioural changes
13. To ensure every resident adheres to rules and regulations
14. To undertake any other duties specified by Head of Home and senior management.
