Summary
This position will be based in Singapore office and report to the HR Business Partner. Key objectives are to partner with the business to identify their needs and provide professional HR support, be responsible for the roll out of HR initiatives, and support the Singapore-based employees on HR related questions as part of the employee experience.
What you'll do
- Work under the guidance of the HR Business Partner to support the business needs in all areas of HR.
- Confidently partner with the business to identify their needs in all areas of HR, implementing initiatives that support the business strategy.
- Work under the guidance of the HR Business Partner to act as a trusted business partner on various HR topics including, but not limited to support the implementation of strategic workforce planning, career planning, performance management, rewards and recognition, employee relations and staff engagement.
- Coach, support, mentor and challenge managers in the application of HR policies and practices, provide advice and guidance on complex HR issues.
- Work alongside other HR specialist teams to support the delivery of their projects in HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle (Talent Acquisition & Employee Branding, Learning & Development), Culture & Engagement and HR Systems.
- Participate various assigned HR projects.
What you'll need
- At least 3 years experience in HR generalist or business partner roles.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced company where leading and adapting to change is part of our DNA.
- Be proactive, motivated, has excellent judgement as well as great people and communication skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
- Excellent work attitude with a strong ability to manage stress in a professional manner.
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail is required.
- Fluent English is essential, additional languages may be beneficial.
