  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the main analyst with retry volume processing.
  • Support data analysis and prepare reports on retry success rates and debt patterns.
  • Help maintain and update the WIP Rebill Document.
  • Distribute daily turnover reports and WIP files to the team and management.
  • Engage in communication with various stakeholders regarding retry and rebill
  • operations.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings.
  • Marketing data-driven analysis.
  • Assist in identifying and suggesting improvements for operational tools.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Microsoft Suite.
  • Strong data analytics and data science knowledge.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented.
  • Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
  • Ability to work autonomously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per month
