  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our Client is a technology service provider and is looking for passionate Implementation Specialist to work closely with customers and internal teams to implement solutions that meets the business needs using software.

· Assist in pre-sales activities by offering technical expertise, creating proof-of-concept models, and providing implementation support after the sale.

· Work closely with clients and internal teams to define, design, and deploy customized solutions using software

· Oversee customer onboarding, manage complex API integrations, handle data migrations, develop custom scripts, and manage user roles.

· Develop advanced solutions by utilizing API, app framework, and integration platforms

· Enhance workflows with low-code/no-code tools to expand the functionality of the software

· Take on project management responsibilities for small to medium-sized projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client goals and objectives.

· Represent the customer’s needs, sharing feedback with product teams to improve platform features.

· Lead training sessions, workshops, and webinars to educate end-users and drive platform adoption.

· Collaborate with enterprise clients to design and implement solutions that meet their specific business requirements.

· Foster strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation process.

Requirements :

· Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and managing multiple stakeholders.

· 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, working in technical customer success, implementation, professional services, or project management, with a focus on complex product setups.

· Skilled in creating and delivering technical solutions for enterprise clients, especially during software onboarding and implementation.
