Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Site Executive:

Job Responsibilities

To act as the primary contact person for liaising and coordinating with internal and external parties ensuring waste collection requirements at customer site are complied.
Work closely with customer site operations day coordinators to understand their requirements and seek clarifications if needed.
Responsible for project management of new and existing projects, liaison with
customers on their specifications and schedules.
To ensure that the company meets all customers requirements.
To ensure sites risks and issues are being tracked and mitigated/resolved.
To manage the workers/sub-con workers at project work site and inform Project Manager if there is any issue regarding to the workers or the work.
Assist the Project Manager to manage customer care program. To monitor customer satisfaction, complaints, changes in customers people, equipment, processes, materials used and business strategy.
To ensure all Company personnel adhere to the safety, Environmental and Health policies and requirements.
Review the Company personnel work activity and review their JSRA.
To train workers on new job/job sites requirements and also the use of any new equipment.
To fetch workers to and from sites.
To fetch workers to complete the task in the event of emergency activation. (after office hours)

Job Requirements:

Completion of a Safety Orientation Course for work in Power Plant and Construction environments.
Certification in Supervision for Work at Height (preferred).
Certification in Metal Scaffold Erection with a minimum of one year of scaffolding experience.
Practical knowledge of scaffolding erection, dismantling, and maintenance procedures.
Familiarity with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations related to scaffolding (preferred).
