About Us

We are hiring for our fulfilment company managing logistics and operations for DAS eCommerce brands, including a leading global mattress brand known for its premium sleep products. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations & Fulfillment Coordinator to ensure smooth daily operations.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily fulfillment operations and ensuring seamless communication between customers, delivery partners, and internal teams. If you are meticulous, tech-savvy, and excellent at multitasking, this role is for you!

Your Responsibilities

1. Order & Delivery Management:

  • Review and organize daily delivery orders each morning
  • Plan and arrange daily delivery routes for efficiency
  • Identify and coordinate orders requiring installation

2. Customer Order Support:

  • Respond to online order inquiries promptly
  • Provide accurate delivery updates to customers to ensure high service standards

3. Administrative & Coordination Tasks:

  • Maintain detailed records and reports on orders, deliveries, and fulfillment performance
  • Communicate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution

Who We’re Looking For

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers and online platforms for order management
  • Meticulous & Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for accuracy in logistics and order processing
  • Multitasker: Able to juggle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
