We are looking for a meticulous and hardworking Private Secretary to assist with administrative work. If you take initiative, have an eye for detail, and have interpersonal skills, this is the job for you!
Responsibilities:
- Appointment Management:
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings and manage travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with clients, colleagues, and vendors to schedule meetings timely.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Handle general administrative duties, including email management, filing, and data entry.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Run errands and handle personal tasks if necessary.
- Other AD-HOC duties as assigned.
- Communication:
- Respond to inquiries in a professional, timely manner.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Eye for detail and able to multitask.
- Min. Diploma Holder or Equivalent
