DESIGNATION : Marine & Client Relationship Management Executive (Korea Market/Korean Speaking)
RESPONSIBILITIES
JOB PURPOSE
To provide administrative support for marine underwriting in the Korea Market. Support for Non-marine administration may also be required as needed.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Data Input & Management:
Review and verify data provided in the document or email from brokers before data entry.
Input data from signed contracts into Excel spreadsheets, consolidate the information, and provide it to the processing administration team for further processing.
Maintain and update records, schedules, and statistical data to ensure accuracy and accessibility when needed.
Monthly Closing:
Plan and execute monthly closings in line with the team's monthly targets.
Coordinate between underwriters and the processing administration team to ensure accurate and timely production of policy documents.
Assemble all necessary documents for policy processing, including signed slips, sanction check results, checklists, pricing models, premium closing details, risk acceptance emails, and referral emails.
Liaison with Intermediaries:
Send intermediaries renewal notification and statements of account.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION
1. Diploma or degree holder, preferably in Business, Business Administration, Data, or Statistics-related fields.
2. BCP, ComGI, and PGI certification holders are highly preferred.
3. Certification in Computer Specialist in Spreadsheet & Data Base (Level 1-2) is preferred.
4. 1-2 years of experience in office administration or related roles is preferred.
ESSENTIAL & COMPETENCIES
1. Proven experience in administrative tasks with a solid service-oriented mindset.
2. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
3. A diligent and persistent approach to completing tasks thoroughly and efficiently.
4. Fluent in Korean to efficiently communicate with Korean clients.
5. Proficient in MS Office, with strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with external and internal stakeholders, including colleagues, insurers, insureds, and intermediaries.
7. Meticulous and result-oriented, with a keen eye for detail.
8. Mature, self-motivated, proactive and adaptable to changing situations.
