Job Responsibilities
1. Ensures acceptable grooming standard is met while serving guests
2. In-charge of clearing and setting tables and preparing outlet for operation
3. Attends to phone calls or walk-in for reservations and other related queries
4. Provides recommendations from the menu to guests
5. Attends to guest’s order of food & beverage
6. Perform cashiering duty
7. Maintains cleanliness of the restaurant /café
8. Adheres to local regulations in regard of health, hygiene, safety and any other Government compliance requirements
9. Any other F&B service as and when assigned by the Supervisor or Manager
Education & Work Experience
1. GCE ‘N’/’O’ Level or equivalent
2. Food service experience with general knowledge of restaurant/café operations preferred
3. Certified competent in WSQ basic food hygiene course or other mandatory food hygiene courses stipulated by the authorities
4. Demonstrated ability to interact with customers
5. Must be comfortable handling Non-Halal Food
