Job Description
Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner
Answer all customer inquiries, both in-person and on the phone, in a timely and courteous manner
Call regular customers for appointments
Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Assist with customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Update daily sales report
Pleasing and service oriented
Ability to communicate in Mandarin to handle of inquiries, and feedback from Mandarin speaking customers
