Sales Support Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sales Administration and Support:

    • Prepare sales-related documents, such as sales quotations for customers, tender documents, proposals, contracts, etc.

    • Assist in tracking sales activities and progress against targets.

    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of client requests and orders.

    Customer Relationship and Lead Management :

    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.

    • Provide timely and professional responses to customer queries via email, phone or other communication channels.

    • Maintain accurate records of interactions and customer records/database.

    Team Collaboration:

    • Support the Sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and arranging follow-ups.

    • Contribute to the preparation of sales related reports, etc.

    • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals

    General Duties:

    • Ensure the accurate and timely entry of sales data.

    • Perform all other job related duties as assigned by the Sales team and Management

    Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least a professional certificate, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degree, preferably in a Life Science discipline

    • Proven experience in sales support, or a related role is an advantage. Entry level candidates are also welcomed to apply, as training will be provided

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Customer oriented and a team player

    • Highly motivated, proactive, and detail oriented.

    • Good organization, coordination, communication & follow-up skills

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ((Excel, Word, Powerpoint). Knowledge of SAP B1 is an added advantage
