Job Summary: We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
Manage front desk operations, ensuring a tidy and organized reception area
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
Provide general support to staff and clients
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
