WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Working in a team to facilitate smooth execution and timely completion of the award ceremony
Liaising and coordinating with vendors, recipients and guests, printing of materials, updating databases
Management of RSVP and logistics arrangements of invitees
Adhoc assistance to the organising committee for the successful execution of the award ceremony including coordination for video shoots and other publicity matters involving award recipients
Contract role is for a 5 months period and the selected candidate will be solely working on 1 Award Ceremony event
WORKING HOURS
5 days work week (9.30am - 6.30pm)
Work from home 2 - 3 days a week (subjected to adjustments nearer to event day)
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
At least 1 year of event coordination / event administration experience (Relevant experience with school events / internship / part-time work may be considered)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
Works well in a team and has great initiatives
Independent learner
Meticulous and has an eye for detail
Qualification of at least a Diploma in Business or equivalent
