  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Salary: $2,200 to $3,000 per month (Base) + Commission

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Sales to join our Pro Shop team at Seletar Country Club. The ideal candidate will assist customers with purchases, provide product recommendations, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. If you have a passion for golf, sales, and customer service, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs.

  • Process sales transactions, including handling cash, credit cards, and club member accounts.

  • Maintain the appearance of the pro shop by ensuring products are neatly displayed and stocked.

  • Assist in inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and exchanges in a courteous and efficient manner.

  • Stay updated on the latest golf equipment, apparel, and accessories to provide informed recommendations.

  • Coordinate with other golf club departments to ensure excellent customer service.

  • Assist in organizing sales promotions and special events at the pro shop.

Requirements:

  • Prior retail or customer service experience, preferably in a golf or sporting goods environment.

  • Basic knowledge of golf and golf-related products is a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

  • Attention to detail and a high level of organization.

  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak golf seasons.
