  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities

  • Brand Ambassador: Represent Reforma with enthusiasm and deep understanding of our service offering

  • Expert Treatments: Perform aesthetic treatments for clients with high quality standards and customer service

  • Excellent Customer Service: Contribute to client referrals and retention through long-term relationship-building starting from personalised consults to in-store service to post-service customer care

  • Frontline Duties: Handle appointment scheduling, reception, and other customer service duties where necessary

  • Housekeeping: Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and organisation of the store.

Job Requirements

  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in beauty / aesthetics / spa industry with exposure to a range of treatments including skin, face, body, slimming, hair removal, etc.

  • Friendly personality with good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good service attitude that works well with others

  • Location: Upp Thomson, 1-2 minutes from the MRT station
