Key Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance:
· Welcome and assist customers warmly, providing accurate information on products, services, and promotions.
· Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Caring Skin’s values and image.
Problem-Solving:
· Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner to ensure a positive customer experience.
Appointment Scheduling Support:
Assist in maximizing appointment bookings and scheduling for customers in an efficient, organized manner.
Product Knowledge and Enquiries:
· Stay updated on new products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information.
· Professionally handle walk-in customers, incoming calls, and email inquiries.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively within the branch and across departments to fulfil customer needs and enhance operational efficiency.
Contribute to a positive team environment that values mutual support.
Customer Feedback
Promptly handle customer requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Engage with clients on skin condition progress, treatment updates, and appointment scheduling.
Gather and relay customer feedback to management for continuous improvement
Store Maintenance:
· Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing, including ensuring product displays are in order.

Requirements:

· Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
· A positive attitude and passion for outstanding customer service
· Interest in beauty and skincare is a plus!
