Job Responsibilities
· Organize and maintain documents, contracts, and files.
· Prepare contract documents for signatures and timely execution.
· Update and maintain administrative records and data.
· Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, proposals, and sales orders.
· Assist with daily car paperwork, including agreements and maintenance records.
· Prepare reports, invoices, and business-related documents.
· Process and manage loan applications.
· Perform general filing and record-keeping tasks.
· Provide support to internal stakeholders.
· Liaise with suppliers, insurance companies, finance companies
· Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
· Undertake ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
· Prior experience in administration (experience in the automotive industry is a plus).
· Strong organization and multitasking skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
