Job Profile Summary:

In this role, you will assist in the cross over activities for Agency Division and provide guidance to Agency Leaders. As part of this dynamic role, you will report to the Recruitment Cluster Head and work closely with Agency Division to drive cross over in the agency force.

Job Description:

  • Provide data management, analytics, guidance, support cross over agency leaders & financial consultant to achieve and to ensure alignment with the company’s strategies.
  • Support Recruitment Managers in the day-to-day work, including but not limited to:
    • Fitness and Propriety assessments.
    • Interview of Financial Consultants.
    • Tracking of recruitment applications, including providing regulars updates on application status.
    • Providing administrative support on all cross overs.

Working Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with Distribution Management or recruitment activities

Education:

  • Bachelor in Business or related fields of study

Language:

  • Strong command of the English language
