Job Description:

  • Support Operations manager in checking and submissions, fill in the KYC/account opening form,
  • Update invoices to the company's internal invoice management system.
  • Process invoice payments, assist in maintaining financial records and reconciling accounts.
  • Prepare regular reports and filings to regulatory bodies
  • Manage the process of all subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and switching
  • Review of Net Asset Value (NAV) statements, cash and position reconciliation (Quarterly)
  • Perform day-to-day financial transaction record and bank reconciliation, including verifying, clarifying, computing, posting, and recording data promptly and accurately
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and organizing documents
  • Ensure accurate and timely filing of financial documents and records
  • Keep financial records organized
  • Adherence to task deadline

Requirements:

  • Diploma in accounting, finance or related field
  • Min. 2-3 years’ experience in accounting or related field
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with Advance in Excel and PowerPoint.
