Job Description:
- Support Operations manager in checking and submissions, fill in the KYC/account opening form,
- Update invoices to the company's internal invoice management system.
- Process invoice payments, assist in maintaining financial records and reconciling accounts.
- Prepare regular reports and filings to regulatory bodies
- Manage the process of all subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and switching
- Review of Net Asset Value (NAV) statements, cash and position reconciliation (Quarterly)
- Perform day-to-day financial transaction record and bank reconciliation, including verifying, clarifying, computing, posting, and recording data promptly and accurately
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of financial documents and records
- Keep financial records organized
- Adherence to task deadline
Requirements:
- Diploma in accounting, finance or related field
- Min. 2-3 years’ experience in accounting or related field
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with Advance in Excel and PowerPoint.
