Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, and shipping products.
Maintain inventory records and assist with stock management to ensure efficient operations.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and suppliers.
Ensure the accuracy of all orders and shipments, checking for damages or discrepancies.
Assist in inventory counting and reconciliation tasks.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Provide support in preparing reports, tracking shipments, and processing documentation.
Work closely with warehouse supervisors and other departments to meet operational targets.
Follow company policies and procedures for handling inventory, equipment, and shipping.
Requirements:
Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or 3PL is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and order processing.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Forklift certification (a plus).
