  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Manager, Head of Centre (Youth Services) to lead our youth-focused initiatives and drive impactful programmes that empower and support young individuals. This role involves overseeing daily operations, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and programme development to effectively support the youth community.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Build professional partnerships and collaborations within the organisation and across agencies
  • Maintain operational efficiency in line with strategic objectives
    • Support the organisation’s missional purpose and values
    • Develop a work plan for the department in alignment with organisational goals
    • Oversee implementation of operational strategies for the department
    • Lead resolution of operational issues within the department
    • Develop service standards, performance indicators, and operating guidelines for the department
    • Provide supervision and support to team members for crises and concerns faced by youths

  • Develop organisational capability for service delivery
    • Assess capability gaps within the team
    • Identify and oversee the implementation of management development and/or professional development programmes for the team
    • Conduct audits on service quality to ensure compliance with policies

  • Manage, deploy, and monitor the use of resources, drafting funding proposals for the delivery of services
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, counselling or psychology
  • Minimum 5 years prior experience in youth service or social work, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Independent and possess good organisational skills
  • Knowledge of youth development trends and best practices
