
Accounts Assistant
Responsibilities
· To track and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
· To prepare and perform daily cash flow and monthly bank reconciliation.
· Issuing of receipts, payment vouchers, Giro, cheque and trade application.
· Collating of expenses for payment.
· Prepare bank deposits.
· Update AR/AP Aged listing.
· Assisting with audits, fact checks and resolving discrepancies.
· Preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, invoices, and other documents.
· Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
· Maintain digital and physical financial records.
· Filing and other admin duties.
Requirements
- Nitec / Diploma in Accountancy or other relevant studies.
- At least 1-3 years working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
