We are seeking a talented individual to join our Energy & Power team at Marsh. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:
- Performs tasks related to the quoting, binding and servicing of new and renewal accounts to assist with serving Specialties clients.
- Helps develop new products by keeping management aware of Specialties client's needs.
- Assists with responding to Specialties client requests for information, coordinating with other departments as necessary, and clearing with Specialties Broker.
- Updates more senior-level Specialties Brokers and Supervisors on issues, progress etc, regularly and upon request to assist the Broker with serving Specialties clients.
- Assists in the timely production of placement slips, cover notes, and policies and in tracing payment and collecting of premiums to provide quality deliverables to Specialties clients.
- Maintains business relationships to better serve Specialties clients.
- Trains new employees and monitors workflow to ensure the group runs smoothly.
- May analyze documents and bond forms, as well as banking terms and conditions.
- May examine and interpret the terms and conditions of General Agreement of Indemnity required to be executed by Clients to support all surety transactions.
- May analyze financial statements for all industries with specific knowledge of each industries unique financial metrics.
What you need to have:
- Degree in any discipline
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in re/insurance industry, including broking, underwriting, or claims.
- Relevant specialty experience in energy and power related roles preferred.
- Excellent people management, time management, verbal and written communication skills.
- Attained minimum Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or equivalent. ANZIIF or ACII will be an advantage.
