Oversee the upkeep, maintenance, and cleanliness of all co-living properties.
Ensure all facilities comply with safety and building regulations.
Coordinate with the maintenance team and external vendors for timely repairs and upgrades.
Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs.
2. Resident Experience & Community Management
Act as the primary point of contact for resident concerns and feedback.
Ensure a welcoming and supportive living environment for all members.
Develop and enforce house rules, policies, and procedures.
Organize community events and initiatives to foster engagement.
3. Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement
Streamline operational workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Implement systems for tracking and resolving maintenance and service requests.
Manage procurement of supplies, equipment, and inventory for shared spaces.
Oversee the move-in and move-out processes, ensuring smooth transitions for residents.
4. Financial & Budget Management
Monitor operating expenses and work within budget constraints.
Optimize cost-saving strategies while maintaining high service standards.
Assist in rent collection, utility billing, and financial reporting.
5. Team Leadership & Vendor Management
Supervise and support maintenance, housekeeping, and front-desk staff.
Negotiate and manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.
Conduct staff training to ensure high performance and service quality.
