  • Act as the primary point of contact for resident concerns and feedback.

  • Ensure a welcoming and supportive living environment for all members.

  • Develop and enforce house rules, policies, and procedures.

  • Organize community events and initiatives to foster engagement.

3. Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement

  • Streamline operational workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Implement systems for tracking and resolving maintenance and service requests.

  • Manage procurement of supplies, equipment, and inventory for shared spaces.

  • Oversee the move-in and move-out processes, ensuring smooth transitions for residents.

4. Financial & Budget Management

  • Monitor operating expenses and work within budget constraints.

  • Optimize cost-saving strategies while maintaining high service standards.

  • Assist in rent collection, utility billing, and financial reporting.

5. Team Leadership & Vendor Management

  • Supervise and support maintenance, housekeeping, and front-desk staff.

  • Negotiate and manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.

  • Conduct staff training to ensure high performance and service quality.
