We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an **HR, Admin, Accounts **professional. This role will support administrative, financial, and HR operations, to ensure the smooth daily functioning of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
A. Human Resources (HR) Management
Manage recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
Proficient in using Info-tech HR Software.
Maintain staff records, contracts, and work permits.
Process payroll, CPF, and staff claims accurately.
Track attendance, leaves, and overtime.
Assist with recruitment of staff.
Handle staff grievances and disciplinary matters.
B. Administrative Duties
Maintain business documents, records, and SOPs.
Handle email and other communication with suppliers and customers.
C. Accounts & Finance Responsibilities
Update Profit & Loss (P/L) statements and expenses.
Handle supplier invoices, payments, and petty cash.
Assist in financial compliance and audit preparation.
Key Skills:
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong English and Mandarin communication skills (written and verbal).
Knowledge of Singapore employment laws, CPF, and HR policies.
High level of confidentiality and problem-solving skills.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration, HR, Accounting, or related fields.
2-3 years of experience in HR/Admin/Accounts roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & accounting software
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain data accuracy.
