Monday to Thursday – 830am to 6pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
Friday – 830am to 530pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
Total Working Hours (excluding break hours): 42 hours a week
Job Description:
Phone calls to patients to inform them of outstanding bills.
Get patients to pay outstanding bills or provide an expected payment date.
Find out patients’ preferred mode of payment and advise patients on how to make payments.
Find out reasons for non-payment
Handle questions and disputes on bills
Requirements:
Recognized Diploma
Possess good interpersonal skills to communicate well
Able to exhibit initiative, work independently and work in teams as well
Proficient in MS Office applications and basic statistic
All staff have to undergo pre-employment medical checks to align with HCA’s Healthcare worker guidelines on vaccination. Staff who do not wish to be vaccinated (MMR, Chicken Pox, Tdap) will not be considered
Lead time from medical check to start work is usually 1 – 2 weeks.
